FAQ

About Pavise

The term "pavise" was coined in medieval times to describe a full-body shield used to protect soldiers. This caliber of full-bodied protection is analogous to the level of protection against skin aging that all Pavise products achieve. Pavise drives innovation through a commitment to unparalleled solutions for total skin regeneration, age reversal, and protection.

For example, our revolutionary DiamondCore® Shield Technology, featured in products like our Dynamic Age Defense and Lip Defense, is the first and only of its kind engineered to precisely target foundational cell aging mechanisms for complete skin defense.

Pavise does not identify as a “clean” brand. “Clean” is an unregulated term that was originally created to communicate safety from harmful ingredients. “Clean” to one brand or retailer is not necessarily “clean” to another—Sephora Clean and Credo Clean are different. “Clean” beauty was the industry’s response to a beauty community rightfully suspicious of what they were applying to their skin. It has, however, been overtaken by unverified claims, questionable sources, and a lack of scientific evidence and discernment. Fearmongering and shock value are plentiful, and brands have ironically begun to compromise legitimate safety measures for the sake of “clean” claims.

Pavise understands the responsibility that brands have to communicate transparently, honestly, and accurately about the safety and efficacy of our products. Though all of our products do conform to Sephora Clean standards, for example, Pavise doesn’t adhere to sweeping ingredient bans. We assess the safety of each ingredient at its concentration in its specific formula based on peer-reviewed scientific data, standardized toxicity data, and feedback from our team of dermatologists, pediatricians, and medical oncologists. Each product undergoes HRIPT (Human Repeat Insult Patch Testing).

Pavise is committed to providing as much transparency as possible and will always provide evidence to support our safety claims.

Products & ingredients

DiamondCore® Shield Technology is Pavise’s patented diamond-augmented zinc oxide mineral UV filter active ingredient that is featured in our Dynamic Age Defense and Lip Defense.

DiamondCore® is the first and only UV filter that also reverses skin's biological age. It gos beyond unparalleled UV defense to actively regenerate skin and reverse biological skin aging at the cellular level for visibly younger, healthier skin. It is scientifically proven to:

+ Restore 91% of collagen production.

+ Stimulate 2X better healthy dermal fibroblast growth.

+ Eradicate 80% of Reactive Oxygen Species, particles at the root of all aging.

+ Repair and reverse past damage.

+ Facilitate 2X the skin absorption of key bioactives such as niacinamide.

+ Provide 5X better UV defense than traditional mineral UV filters.

DiamondCore® Shield Technology provides unparalleled solutions for total skin regeneration, age reversal, and protection for skin that doesn't just look younger, but acts younger too.

All Pavise products except for the UV Camera are made in the U.S.A.

Dynamic Age Defense

Yes, Dynamic Age Defense is safe for sensitive and eczema-prone skin. Each ingredient, its concentration, and the complete formula has been reviewed by Pavise’s team of dermatologists, pediatricians, and medical oncologists who assess risk of irritation and allergenicity. DiamondCore® Shield Technology zinc oxide is GRASE-certified (Generally Recognized As Safe and Effective) by the FDA, and as a mineral UV filter, is the UV filter recommended most to those with inflammatory skin conditions. In addition, Dynamic Age Defense has passed HRIPT (Human Repeat Insult Patch Testing) which requires patients with diverse skin types to repeatedly apply Dynamic Age Defense to assess potential skin reactions.

Yes, Dynamic Age Defense is safe for blemish-prone skin. Dynamic Age Defense underwent a 4 week in-vivo comedogenicity test and passed. This allows it to be classified as non-comedogenic, which means that it does not cause acne or clog pores.

Yes, Dynamic Age Defense is safe for pregnant and breastfeeding people. Each ingredient, its concentration, and the complete formula has been reviewed by Pavise’s team of dermatologists, pediatricians, and medical oncologists who assess risk to pregnant and breastfeeding people. Doctors recommend that pregnant and breastfeeding people use photoprotective products that only contain mineral UV filters. Dynamic Age Defense contains only DiamondCore® Shield Technology zinc oxide, a GRASE-certified (Generally Recognized As Safe and Effective) mineral UV filter. Unlike most mineral and chemical sunscreens, Dynamic Age Defense does not contain any unregulated, hidden chemical UV filters that may pose a safety risk to pregnant and breastfeeding people.

Yes, Dynamic Age Defense is safe for children. Each ingredient, its concentration, and the complete formula has been reviewed by Pavise’s team of dermatologists, pediatricians, and medical oncologists who assess risk to children. Doctors recommend that children use photoprotective products that only contain mineral UV filters. Dynamic Age Defense contains only DiamondCore® Shield Technology zinc oxide, a GRASE-certified (Generally Recognized As Safe and Effective) mineral UV filter. Unlike most mineral and chemical sunscreens, Dynamic Age Defense does not contain any unregulated, hidden chemical UV filters that may pose a safety risk to children.

Yes, Dynamic Age Defense is suitable for all skin tones and ethnicities. Though traditional mineral UV filters like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are known to produce a white cast on darker skin tones, DiamondCore® Shield Technology zinc oxide used in Dynamic Age Defense does not. Its unique size and shape allows DiamondCore® zinc oxide to more efficiently absorb, scatter and reflect light. This means that DiamondCore® zinc oxide does not reflect a white color and produce a white cast. The transparency of Dynamic Age Defense has been thoroughly tested and studied on all skin tones.
The UV protection factor of Dynamic Age Defense has also been tested on all skin tones. Both SPF and UVAPF testing that assess SPF value and PA-rating have included participants with Fitzpatrick skin types 1-6.

Yes, Dynamic Age Defense is safe for post-procedure skin. Using Dynamic Age Defense post-procedure is also proven to accelerate recovery and maximize results of cosmetic procedures by helping to preserve healthy collagen deposition. As proven in the lab, DiamondCore® restores >70% of aged cells' collagen production and stimulates 198% better healthy skin cell growth.

Post-procedure skin tends to be more sensitive and vulnerable to photodamage. This makes photoprotection particularly important after receiving cosmetic procedures to prevent hyperpigmentation, scarring, inflammation, and photoaging. Common chemical sunscreens, however, can exacerbate the irritation and inflammation experienced after cosmetic procedures because they are capable of more easily penetrating into deeper layers of skin. Pavise’s team of dermatologists has determined that Dynamic Age Defense is safe for sensitive skin and poses very little risk of irritation. DiamondCore® Shield Technology zinc oxide does not absorb into skin the way chemical UV filters do. This superior safety profile, coupled with Dynamic Age Defense's comprehensive UVA, UVB, and Blue Light protection make it a non-irritating and effective protectant post-procedure.

Yes, Dynamic Age Defense helps to fade discoloration and dark spots through three main mechanisms. 90% of extrinsic aging is caused by photoaging. This includes dark spots, the majority of which are caused by UVA-induced damage. DiamondCore® Shield Technology zinc oxide has a PA++++ rating, which is the highest UVA protection factor rating. This means that Dynamic Age Defense provides the highest level of protection against the UVA radiation that causes dark spots. DiamondCore® zinc oxide in Dynamic Age Defense also scavenges 80% of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) produced in skin as the result of UV damage and environmental stressors. ROS can also exacerbate discoloration so by eliminating ROS, discoloration is also mitigated. Finally, Dynamic Age Defense's Photoaging Defense Cocktail contains actives like tranexamic acid, licorice root extract, and niacinamide, which disrupt cellular mechanisms that result in dark spots. DiamondCore® also facilitates 2X the skin absorption of these key bioactives, allowing for deeper absorption in the skin and maximize results.

Melasma is a specific, particularly stubborn kind of hyperpigmentation that results from photodamage. Dynamic Age Defense is formulated with DiamondCore® Shield Technology zinc oxide, which provides 5X better protection against UVA, UVB, and Visible Light radiation to help manage melasma. DiamondCore® also facilitates 2X the skin absorption of key bioactives such as tranexamic acid, present in Dynamic Age Defense, which has been clinically proven to help improve the signs of melasma.

Yes, Dynamic Age Defense helps with fine lines and wrinkles. Our DiamondCore® Shield Technology reverses skin aging and regenerates by targeting core cellular skin aging mechanisms. It is scientifically proven to restore 71% of collagen production in aged dermal fibroblasts for healthier, more youthful skin. Additionally, DiamondCore® stimulates 2X better healthy dermal fibroblast growth to reverse and delay skin aging, and promote total skin regeneration.

Dynamic Age Defense also scavenges 80% of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) produced in skin as the result of UV damage and environmental stressors. This, coupled with the potent antioxidant activity of our Photoaging Defense Cocktail, also helps to smooth fine lines and wrinkles.

Lastly, DiamondCore® provides unparalleled protection against photoaging, more specifically, UVA radiation that contributes to the majority of UV-induced skin aging. DiamondCore® has a PA++++ rating, which is the highest UVA protection factor rating and provides superior protection against UVA, UVB, and Blue Light radiation. This makes Dynamic Age Defense particularly effective at treating fine lines and wrinkles.

Dynamic Age Defense may help with acne. In addition to its UV-protective abilities, zinc oxide also helps to calm irritation and control oil production. These qualities may help to manage the signs and symptoms of acne. Dynamic Age Defense also underwent a 4 week, in-vivo comedogenicity test and was classified as non-acnegenic and non-comedogenic.

Yes, Dynamic Age Defense is vegan and cruelty-free. We're committed to providing you with high-quality, ethical products that you can feel great about using.

Yes, Dynamic Age Defense is alcohol-free. This may be confusing because cetyl alcohol is included in our ingredient list. Cetyl alcohol, however, is a fatty alcohol which is quite different from the drying ethyl alcohol that can dehydrate skin and cause irritation. Cetyl alcohol is actually a waxy, moisturizing ingredient that softens skin.

All our products are nut-free except for our Dynamic Age Defense, which contains argan oil. Note that it is unlikely that this will cause any reaction for those with traditional peanut/tree nut allergies.

Yes, Dynamic Age Defense is fragrance-free. Dynamic Age Defense was formulated to be safe for sensitive and eczema-prone skin.

No, Dynamic Age Defense is not organic, but we are constantly looking to improve our products so if this is important to you, please let us know.

Dynamic Age Defense is not water-resistant. We highly recommend following the FDA guidelines on reapplying to ensure proper protection from the sun's harmful rays. Applying sunscreen 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapplying every two hours or immediately after swimming, sweating, or toweling off is crucial for effective sun protection. Additionally, seeking shade during peak sun hours and wearing protective clothing, such as hats and sunglasses, can further reduce your risk of sunburn and skin damage.

Yes, Dynamic Age Defense is non-comedogenic and non-acnegenic, as determined by a 4 week in-vivo comedogenicity test.

Dynamic Age Defense is the one-step skin aging routine, acting as an anti-aging treatment, moisturizer and mineral sunscreen in one that boosts skin radiance, fades discoloration, and smooths wrinkles. By itself, Dynamic Age Defense is the best solution for total skin regeneration, age reversal, and protection. Dynamic Age Defense, however, is gentle enough to be used with any other skincare product. It layers well over other moisturizers, treatments, and serums, and under makeup. Dynamic Age Defense was designed not to pill.

Lip Defense is the perfect complement to Dynamic Age Defense—a restorative treatment that reverses damage, restores collagen, and provides UV protection and long-lasting hydration for naturally fuller lips This is particularly important since UV damage to lips can cause collagen degradation, and even filler migration.

Gentle Amino Powerwash is the best way to ensure that all traces of Dynamic Age Defense are removed at the end of the day so that you can wake up fresh-faced and ready to reapply.

Dynamic Age Defense is a light but luxurious cream consistency. It’s easily spreadable across skin and leaves skin feeling deeply moisturized and protected. When Dynamic Age Defense is fully absorbed into skin, it leaves a radiant, natural finish that is very slightly tacky. This makes it optimal for layering under makeup.

Dynamic Age Defense has undergone stringent safety and efficacy testing. Dynamic Age Defense has undergone drug stability testing, HRIPT (Human Repeat Insult Patch Testing) to verify its safety for sensitive skin, and a 4 week in-vivo comedogenicity test to confirm that it is non-comedogenic. Dynamic Age Defense claims were also tested in an 8 week in-vivo consumer perception test, which validated its ability to fade discoloration, improve skin texture, and improve the depth of fine lines and wrinkles. Finally, Dynamic Age Defense underwent broad spectrum, UVAPF, and SPF testing to validate is superior UV protection. These test results are always available to view upon request.

Dynamic Age Defense is gentle enough to be used with all other skincare products, though it’s always best to consult with a dermatologist, patch test, and slowly increase to daily use as with all skincare products. In fact, Dynamic Age Defense may complement more “temperamental” active ingredients like tretinoin, retinol, AHAs, and BHAs by providing superior and more comprehensive photoprotection when skin is made more sensitive by such ingredients.

It is important to note, however, that chemical sunscreens that contain the chemical UV filter avobenzone should not be used with Dynamic Age Defense. Some like to layer chemical and mineral sunscreens in the hopes of achieving better photoprotection. Avobenzone, however, can degrade more quickly in the presence of zinc oxide which defeats the purpose of layering the chemical and mineral UV filters. Dynamic Age Defense with DiamondCore® zinc oxide is SPF30 and PA++++ and offers comprehensive protection against UVA, UVB, and VL on its own.

The shelf life of Dynamic Age Defense is 2 years.

Dynamic Age Defense is meant to be applied as the last step of your skincare routine, after all other treatments, serums, and moisturizer.

Dynamic Age Defense is made in the U.S.A.

Dynamic Age Defense is gentle and versatile enough to apply anywhere and everywhere on your body.

For the best results for total skin regeneration, age reversal, and protection, it’s important that you apply Dynamic Age Defense every day and reapply as necessary throughout the day.

Lip Defense

Yes, Lip Defense is safe for sensitive and eczema-prone skin. Each ingredient, its concentration, and the complete formula has been reviewed by Pavise’s team of dermatologists, pediatricians, and medical oncologists who assess risk of irritation and allergenicity. DiamondCore® Shield Technology zinc oxide, the active ingredient in Lip Defense, is GRASE-certified (Generally Recognized As Safe and Effective) by the FDA, and as a mineral UV filter, is the UV filter recommended most to those with inflammatory skin conditions. Lip Defense does not contain any dyes or lakes typically used to color makeup products because they’re more prone to cause irritation in sensitive skin types. In addition, Lip Defense has passed HRIPT (Human Repeat Insult Patch Testing) which requires patients with diverse skin types to repeatedly apply Lip Defense to assess potential skin reactions.

Gentle Amino Powerwash

Yes, Gentle Amino Powerwash is safe for sensitive and eczema-prone skin. Each ingredient, its concentration, and the complete formula has been reviewed by Pavise’s team of dermatologists, pediatricians, and medical oncologists who assess risk of irritation and allergenicity. In addition, Gentle Amino Powerwash has passed HRIPT (Human Repeat Insult Patch Testing) which requires patients with diverse skin types to repeatedly apply Gentle Amino Powerwash to assess potential skin reactions.

Yes, Gentle Amino Powerwash is safe for blemish-prone skin. Each ingredient, its concentration, and the complete formula has been reviewed by Pavise’s team of dermatologists. Gentle Amino Powerwash also contains actives that help to tame breakouts like glycolic acid, which removes dead skin buildup and pore-clogging impurities, and niacinamide, which helps to control excess oil production.

Yes, Gentle Amino Powerwash has been reviewed by Pavise’s team of dermatologists and pediatricians and is considered safe for pregnant and breastfeeding people. Though Gentle Amino Powerwash contains the AHA glycolic acid, it is included in formula at less than 10%. This means that it is included at a concentration below the safety threshold for pregnant people.

Yes, Gentle Amino Powerwash is suitable for all skin tones and ethnicities. All Pavise products were formulated with diverse skin tones in mind.

Gentle Amino Powerwash contains glycolic acid and niacinamide, which both help to visibly fade discoloration and dark spots. Glycolic acid is one of two eczema-safe AHAs and helps to slough off dead skin and buildup. By encouraging cell turnover, this gentle exfoliation helps to even skin tone. Gentle Amino Powerwash also contains niacinamide, which is a potent and multitasking antioxidant. Niacinamide is uniquely stable in the presence of UV radiation and scavenges free radicals produced in UV-exposed skin that typically damage skin cells and cause dark spots. Niacinamide has also been shown to block melanin transfer from deeper layers of skin to surface layers of skin, helping to reduce the appearance of discoloration.

Gentle Amino Powerwash contains glycolic acid and niacinamide, which both help to manage the signs and symptoms of acne. Glycolic acid is a sensitive skin-safe AHA that helps to slough off dead skin and buildup. Niacianamide also helps to control excess oil production and refine pores.

Gentle Amino Powerwash is a great starting point for any skincare routine. Its amino acid-based surfactants are powerful enough to thoroughly cleanse and break down makeup and sunscreen without stripping or drying out skin. This eliminates the need to double cleanse, but for those with particularly dry skin or for those who prefer to double cleanse, oil-based cleansers and cleansing balms work well with Gentle Amino Powerwash.

We always recommend following Gentle Amino Powerwash with your favorite toner, serum, then moisturizer. Finish your routine with Dynamic Age Defense and a swipe of Lip Defense so that you’re equipped with the best defense against skin aging, UV radiation and other environmental stressors you encounter throughout your day.

Gentle Amino Powerwash is a creamy, cushiony gel texture when first dispensed. Once water is added, it lathers into a light foam that allows for easy removal.

Gentle Amino Powerwash was formulated to be suitable for all skin types including sensitive, eczema-prone, and blemish-prone skin. Though Gentle Amino Powerwash contains glycolic acid, which at high concentrations can be potentially irritating if used daily, the concentration included in Gentle Amino Powerwash makes it safe for daily use. If you are particularly sensitive, however, to high concentrations of AHAs, you may want to exercise caution when using Gentle Amino Powerwash daily alongside a product with a BHA/AHA concentration greater than 10%.

The shelf life of Gentle Amino Powerwash is 2 years.

Gentle Amino Powerwash was made in the U.S.A.

Gentle Amino Powerwash was designed to completely remove makeup, sunscreen, oil, and dirt from your face in one cleansing step, but it’s versatile and gentle enough to be used anywhere.

Gentle Amino Powerwash is gentle enough for daily use. As with all new products, we recommend patch testing before use to ensure compatibility with your unique skin. We also recommend starting use 1-2X/week and then slowly increasing to more regular and daily use, as with all new products introduced into your routine.

UV Camera

The UV Camera optimizes sunscreen application by assuring uniform and complete coverage and allows for early detection of photoaging. Designed for use with the Pavise app, available on the Apple App Store, the UV Camera utilizes advanced lens technology to reveal existing sun damage below the skin’s surface. This enables early detection of future dark spots, age spots, discoloration, and melasma. Normally invisible sunscreen is also revealed by the UV Camera, helping to improve sunscreen application and removal by making apparent how UV-protective the sunscreen is, how uniform the coverage is, and where spots might have been missed.

The UV Camera is ideal for skincare enthusiasts looking to make the most of their sunscreen, cleanser, and other products, as well as those seeking to protect their skin fully, reduce the risk of skin cancer, repair existing photodamage, and prevent future photoaging.

The UV Camera detects UV rays that reflect off skin. On the Pavise app, skin appears blue in areas where the camera detects UV radiation reflected back at it. Sunscreens work primarily by absorbing UV radiation; this absorption prevents UV radiation from reflecting back to the camera, making areas protected by sunscreen appear darker on the app than surrounding blue areas. This is the same reason that black objects appear black—because their surface absorbs the entire Visible Light spectrum rather than reflecting any color back. You’re able to quickly identify areas of your face and body that you may have missed during sunscreen application because protected areas appear significantly darker than unprotected ones where UV radiation is reflected back into the camera.

  1. Plug the UV Camera into the Lightning port of your device. (For USB-C version, plug in using adapter)
  2. Download and open the Pavise app from the Apple App Store.
  3. When UV protection is applied onto the face and body, including in the form of eyewear, it will be presented in-app as a dark blue shade if the mechanism of action is absorbing, and a light blue shade if the mechanism of action is scattering. Capture images and videos, in full and split-screen modes; adjust filter settings including brightness, contrast, and more to suit your personal needs.

Please email us at hello@pavise.com. Our team will take a look and provide a new code if eligible.

Currently, we accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA. We also have two flexible payment options, AfterPay and Catch.

Health Saving Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow you to save money for health-related expenses on a pre-tax basis. These accounts are typically offered through employers and provide a way to set aside funds throughout the year.

With an FSA, if you do not have a card you may need to pay for eligible expenses out of pocket and then submit receipts for reimbursement. On the other hand, HSAs do not require reimbursement because the funds in the account are readily available to HSA holders.

Yes, all Pavise skincare products: Dynamic Age Defense, Lip Defense, and Gentle Amino Powerwash, are eligible for reimbursement at this time.

Note: While all Pavise products are eligible, reimbursements are ultimately determined by your individual insurance provider.

To pay with your FSA, simply place your order with a debit or credit card and submit your proof of purchase along with a statement from your insurance stating that the purchase will not be covered to your FSA (through your employer).

Afterpay is a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) payment method that allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments, due every two weeks.

Here is how you can use it to pay at checkout:

  1. Add the items you want to buy to your cart.
  2. When you are ready to check out, select Afterpay as your payment method.
  3. You will be prompted to sign up for an Afterpay account or log in if you already have one. You will need to provide some personal information and link a debit or credit card to your account.
  4. After you have completed the sign-up process, you will be taken back to the checkout page. You will see the total cost of your purchase, as well as the amount of your first payment.
  5. Confirm your purchase and complete the checkout process. Your first payment will be due at the time of purchase, and the remaining three payments will be automatically charged to your linked card every two weeks.

It is important to note that if you miss a payment or do not have enough money in your account, Afterpay may charge you a late fee or restrict your ability to use their service in the future.

Catch is a free flexible payment method that allows you to make purchases directly via your bank account and earn store credit toward future purchases. To use this option at checkout, please follow these steps:

  1. Choose Catch as your payment option at checkout (note that this will redirect you to Catch to create an account or log in if you already have an account.)
  2. If you are new to Catch you’ll need to provide some information to set up your account like your phone number, name, email, and bank details.
  3. Already have a Catch account? Simply verify your phone number and check out.

As a first-time user of Catch, you’ll earn an additional $10 on your first purchase in addition to your Pavise purchase earnings.

You can view and manage your Catch credits from your Catch account. Your Pavise Catch credits can be only redeemed online with Pavise and will need to be used before the expiration date. To redeem your Catch credits, just select Catch as a payment option on your next Pavise purchase and they will automatically apply. Note that you cannot use Catch credits on Pavise gift cards, but you can share your Catch credits with a friend from your Catch account!

Packaging

We chose black, UV-treated packaging to preserve product efficacy at peak potency and freshness, and to prevent formula oxidation and contamination with airless pumps.

All elements of all Pavise products are recyclable apart from Gentle Amino Powerwash’s nozzle.

We appreciate your dedication to being environmentally conscious. When it comes to recycling skincare products, it is important to consider the type of packaging that your product comes in. Different materials require different recycling methods.

  1. Empty the container: Make sure the container is completely empty of product before recycling.
  2. Clean the container: Rinse out the container with warm water and soap to remove any residue.
  3. Separate materials: If the packaging consists of multiple materials (such as a glass bottle with a metal nozzle), separate them before recycling.
  4. Recycle: Put the container(s) and/or box(es) in your recycling bin. Make sure to follow your local recycling guidelines and check which types of materials your recycling program accepts.
  5. If your product packaging cannot be recycled, consider repurposing it for something else or disposing of it properly to minimize its environmental impact.

Shipping

Thank you for your purchase! All orders will ship within 2 business days and will arrive within a couple business days depending on which shipping option you selected. See below for details.

We offer standard shipping in 2-7 business days via FedEx & DHL, and expedited 2-day priority shipping via FedEx. Orders to HI, AK, and PR are fulfilled via FedEx. Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping to addresses in HI, AK, and PR at this time.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be shipped from our facility. Once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information so you can track your shipment right to your doorstep! For additional details, please reach out to us at hello@pavise.com.

We currently ship to the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico and Canada. Currently we do not ship to PO Boxes, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific. We apologize for the inconvenience and will expand our shipping options soon.

If you would like to be added to our waitlist and get first access once we are available in your country, please email us at hello@pavise.com.

We hope to make Pavise available to you in the future but currently do not ship to Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your service.

Great question! There are a few cart combinations that require multiple shipments. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working on a more suitable packaging option for your haul!

We recommend choosing our expedited shipping option, which will arrive in 2 business days once shipped. Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to adjust the shipping option.

If you need to adjust your address after placing your order, we recommend contacting our support team as soon as possible via hello@pavise.com. Once an order is shipped, we cannot adjust the shipping address from our end, but often a carrier will have a paid option for customers to change the address and re-route their shipment.

Please reach out to our support team at hello@pavise.com with your order details and return reason and we can help with a return for you as soon as possible. For information on our return and exchange policy please click here.
