Shipping & processing time

Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.  The United States includes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico and Canada. Currently we do not ship to PO Boxes, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping options soon!

When to expect your order

Once your order is placed, please allow 24 hours of processing time for us to prepare and ship your order. Please note that this excludes weekends. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has left our facility.

Ground (3-7 business days)
Expedited (3-day FedEx Express Saver)
Next Day (FedEx Standard Overnight)

Please note that shipments with a destination of Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR) may take longer to be delivered due to the extended transit. Orders heading to these destinations will ship with USPS Priority. Thanks in advance for your patience!

Return Policy 

At Pavise, we stand behind our products and care deeply about your satisfaction.  

 If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want you to know that we are here to help. We offer a hassle-free refund for products that comply with our return policy. You can return your online purchase in new or gently used condition within 30 days from the date the item was delivered. 

Please note that while we strive to accommodate all returns, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  

Processing your return, exchange, or damaged item 

To process a return or exchange, please visit our return portal linked below within 30 days of receiving your order. Please have your order reference number handy, which can be found on your order confirmation email. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 Once the return has been received, you will automatically be refunded the purchase amount less shipping on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card to process the refund. 

 If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve refunded your return, please contact us at hello@pavise.com 

Damaged items 

We kindly request that you take a moment to inspect all items in your order upon arrival. If you happen to receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us right away. We care about your satisfaction and would like to work with you to make it right. 

Our team is always eager to help, and we want to make sure that you're happy with your experience from start to finish. Please use the link below to quickly replace an item if it has arrived damaged.
